NEGRI BIO SHREDDER R180

The BIO MULCHER R180 is a very compact machine characterised by a very high output thanks to its new system of cutting with Blades and Hammers that allow it to mince branches up to a max of 7cm in diameter. This new cutting system is composed of 2 frontal hardened steel blades and 12 hammers and ejection buckets thatpermits the light material (leaves and hedge trimmings) to be sucked inside the cutting group.
The minced material is refined through a mobile screen and is then ejected through an adjustable turnable pipe 1 meter high or if requested, 1.5 meters high. The rotor is supported by two bearings and it is moved by a motor through a centrifugal clutch and a flexable coupling. The machine is available with a motor or designed for a tractor PTO. Robust built ,it is very easy to use and move thanks to the handle on the hopper and the pneumatic wheels. FOB price for R180T PTO ready is AUD$5250 and with a 13hp Petrol, Electric start, AUD$5990
