(Serving procedure):

After 3minutes of cooking with strong fire and change with moderate fire.(You may add some cold water,keep the water boiling till the noodle becomes appropriate taste.)

If frying is desired,cook the noodle up to 80%done and separate from the pot. Process the noodle after rinsing them with cold water.Thus the noodle is more delicious.
