The traditional single tank has been modified to a double tank to overcome the single tank's shortcomings of low heat transfer performance due to the slanting flow caused by the U-shape. The way to connect the upper and lower plate has also been changed to a line connection instead of spot connection to enhance the reliability and increase the connecting area between the plates and the fins thus improving the heat exchange efficiency of the airside.
