Detailed Carbon Additive Description:
Product characteristics and application scope: high content of fixed carbon, low sulfur content, stable carburetion effect and high absorptivity of carbon, best degree of graphitization, improve the nucleation of melted iron, it is mainly applied to the carburetion of various electro-smelting cast steel and iron casting.
Recommended method of application:
A. adjust carbon content while blending, add it into the place below the middle part of the electric furnace along with metal furnace charge when melting down liquid steel(iron) in accordance with the requirement of carbon content, absorptivity of carbon could reach 90%-95%, during strong carburant residue shall not appear, otherwise it is easy to be wrapped in the non-waste residue and influence the absorption of carbon thereby;

Common granularity:0-5mm, 0.5-5mm, 1-3mm, 1-4mm, 1-5mm or supplied according to customer’s requirement.
