Jelly strength: 220-350bloom at 12.5%
viscosity: 135-150 MP at 60 degree centigrade
moisture: 14% Max.
Ash: 2% Max
PH: 6.7-7.0
chloride content: 2% Max.
melting point: 34-36°C at 33%
Foam stability: 30 minutes of heat life/30 ML for 5 minutes
