Sofa - making spray adhesive 893 is specially designed for sofa, swivel chair and thermal insulant industry. It has very good performance for ordinary sponge, board, cloth, thin leather, paper and thermal insulant materials and so on.

Sofa - making spray adhesive 893 is a kind of benzene - free and environmental friendly SBS type adhesive with low viscosity. It is very easy to spray.

It has many advantages, such as:
1. Super adhesion strength and high solid content.
2. Fast - drying and cost - effective.
3. Good heat - resistance and aging resistance.
4. Pleasant smell, so it's very eco - friendly.

Technical data:
1. It's a kind of liquid looks slight yellow transparency.
2. For its viscosity is between 40 to 70 cps, so it's very easy to apply.
3. Solid content: 35%.
4. Density: 0.80kg/L.
5. Initial tack: 0.7Mpa.
6. Tack time: 1-5 mins.
7. Peel strength: No peeling on the bonded surfaces.
