Cr - Grafting Shoe Adhesive
Specification: Main Raw Material: Polyurethane ; Usage: Footwear & Leather, shoe manufacture and. ;
Cr - grafting Shoe Adhesive is a high quality shoe adhesive. It is made from imported high quality raw materials. It has good heat - resistance and very strong viscidity.

Cr - grafting Shoe Adhesive had been widely in shoe manufacture and leather goods industry. It shows very strong adhesion for various kinds of shoe materials, such as: PVC, PU, TPR, Rubber, Leather, ABS, EVA, Cloth and so on.

It has five characteristics, such as:
1. Good heat - resistance;
2. Middle tack time;
3. Not easy to form fine thread;
4. Very strong initial strength;
5. Colorless transparent adhesive, no effect on the shoe appearance.

Technical Data:
1. Appearance: Slight yellow semi - translucent viscous liquid ;
2. Peel Strength: >1.7Mpa ;
3. Initial Viscidity: 0.77Mpa ;
4. Tack Time: Moderate (15-25 min);
5. Solid Content: 19% - 21%;
6. Density: 0.88 - 0.94 kg/L;
7. Viscosity: 2000 - 3000 cps.

Packing:
Iron can: 1L*18 cps/ctn, 3L*6 cps/ctn, 5L*4 cps/ctn, 18L*1 cps/ctn.
Iron drum: 200L.
