XUNDA T-100 series is the anticorrosion inner layer cold applied tape coating system for oil, gas, petrochemical, waste water underline and overhead pipelines.
The tape shall be applied after the liquid adhensive by hand or with the wrapping matchines.
STRUCTURE:
XUNDA T 100 consist of two layers: adhensive and film.
adhensive: butyl rubber
film: special blend of stabilized polyethylene
FEATURS:
Cold applied and easily applied without special matchine
ResiStant to UV
Excellent adhension to the pipe and itself
Can be applied over a wide tempreture range -30°C to 80°C
Compatible with the common pipe coatings
Excellent resistance to cathodic diabondings
Good conformbility and consistant uniform thickness
Meets ASTM D 1000 standards

width: 50mm~800mm
