Desiccant from us is composed of highly purified montmorillonite, a kind of natural alumino silicate mineral with two- dimensional open structure.It can strongly adsorb water molecules to a high level as that of silica gel in the air through the Mg or Ca cation hydration and capillarity in the laminas of the montmorillonite.
