1) Used for cutting, grinding of semiconductor materials ; 2) Wetting, scattering, solution and absorbing, helping fuse, cleaning, decay ; 3) Besides replacing the function of surfactant like Japanese NCW601 and American X100 and so on, our products work well in removing attaching particles on the mirror glass and kinds of metal ion ; 4) Compared to Japanese NCW601 and American X100 surfactant, low glueyness, efficient, cheap, not poisonous, low pH, no corrosion.
