Properties:
White to light brown crystalline powder,odorless, soluble in 1000-share water, 3-share aether or 2000-share peanut oil, Slightly bitter,sublimation under high temperature,soluble in ethanol, propanol, aether, chloroform, slightly soluble in water. Producing purple or dark green color after reactioin with copper ion, iron ion.

Use:
Widely used in food industry, pharmaceutical preparation. It is a kind of excellent oil antioxidant, used in cosmetics and ultraviolet radiation inhibitor etc..
