Description

The β- Glucanase is gained from the metabolism of Trichoderma.reesei.. It is endo-1,3:1,4-bera-glucanase and can hydrolyze β-glucan into oligosaccharide and glucose.

The β Glucanase can be used for brewing, fruit juice production and wine production, as well as the industrial processing which needs the digestion of plant material.
