1) Maintains constant pH value ; 2) Equal efficiency in hard and soft water ; 3) Quick water-ink balance with easy dampening control ; 4) Desensitizes and wets the non-image area of the plate without affecting the properties of the image area or ink ; 5) Prevents microbiological build-up in fount trays and ducts ; 6) Dilution ratio: KF-9: water = 1:5 (V/V)
