This silane natural curing XLPE compound (Grade 4244N & 4283N) is designed for insulation of low voltage cable and wire up to 3kv, it is highly active and can cross-link rapidly under ambient conditions, in a sauna or hot water bath. The product is composed by 4244N (PE) and 4283N (Catalyst).
4244N (PE) use high-quality imported raw materials and unique grafting process, which ensures cross-linking activity and ultimate cross-linking degree.
4283N (Catalyst) use advanced catalyst system, which ensures the fast cross-linking speed.
This product has the excellent performance in cross-linking speed, processing temperature range, non-corrosive to the equipment line, non-corrosive to copper conductor, less affected by the masterbatch, smooth surface of finished product, low electrical breakdown, stable and reliable product performance.
