Product description
Ceramic Ball with holes is further developed based on inert alumina ball,which is perforated through the ball body along its axes.It has an adequate mechanical strength,chemical and thermal stability as the normal inert ceramic ball,furthermore it has higher dispersion and flux of the fluids,more surface area and lower resistance resulting from the perforated holes on the ball body.

Therefore,ceramic ball with holes is widely applied to replace inert alumina ceramic ball in petrochemical,chemical,fertilizer,gas and environmental protection industries.

Product properties

1.Comparing with inert alumina ball at the same operation conditions,the free volume is increased by 12%,contacting specific surface area is increased by 25%,and resistance to fluid of material is decreased by 15%. It can improve the distribution of vapor-liquid separation,protect the catalyst from shocking by rushing fluids.
2.It also absorb and withhold impurities in the form of granular,colloid and heavy metals so that it can avoid impurities depositing on the catalyst and prevent catalyst from coking or poisoning.
