Commodity: Food Grade Glyceryl Monostearate 95% min - Flakes
Property: off-white powder or cream-like waxy flakes with the odour of fatty, free flowing, poisonless. Disperse in hot water, soluble in hot alcohol.

Packing and storage: 25kg net each PP woven bags with PE liner. It should be kept in dry, cool and ventilated place.
Application: It widely used as good emulsification, dispersibility and stabilization properties, Antiaging of starch, It also widely use in beverage and instant food, ice cream , products of grease, and
