CMC is widely used in food industry. The acid-resistant product is taken special measures in raw material selection, production process control and finished product testing so as to guarantee the stability of final product. It is widely used in a variety of milk beverages and condiments for its functions of stability, taste improvement and thickening. In addition, CMC is also applied in ice cream, bread, cakes, biscuits, instant noodles and instant pastes for its roles of moldability, taste improvement, shape preservation, water retention and toughness enhancement.

II. CMC Packaging, Labeling, Transportation and Storage
Packaging: With inside and outside packaging. Take polyethylene film bag as inside packaging, and composite paper bag lined with woven bag as outside packaging. Net weight: 25kg or 20kg per bag.
Labeling: Packaging bags are marked with manufacturer name, product name, trademark, executive standard No., product type, batch No., production date, net weight and other necessary signs. Food grade CMC is marked with Food Additive.
Transportation and Storage: The product shall be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, and not be mixed with toxic or tainted substances. As it is prone to water absorption, it should be prevented from water and breakage. The shelf life is two years under the standard packaging, transportation and storage conditions.
