Thermoplastic road marking paint, used for thermoplastic Traffic marking equipment in road lines construction, possesses the characteristics of fast drying, thick coating, long lifetime and excellent constancy reflecting, and now has a dominant position in our country's high-grade highway. Thermoplastic lines marking paint is made from petroleum resin, PE wax, pigment fillings, and it is powder form in room temperature. When heated, it is liquid, and will form hard film after coated to road surface.
Hot-melt screeding type road paint is mainly made from petroleum resin and rosin resin. It needs to be heated to 180 centigrade degree, when applied in lines marking, for screeding type coating construction. The advantages are long service life, lasting 1-2 years, good reflective effect at night. But this marking mode has low construction efficiency, for old marked lines have massive spalling, difficult in secondary construction. The old broken line should be get rid of first before proceeding the secondary road marking work.
