Viscosity of water-based varnish
1) Off-line water-based varnish: The best using viscosity of off-line water-based varnish range between 20~24 second, the lowest viscosity is 16~18 second (viscosity cup 4#, 25°C).
2) On-line water-based varnish: The best using viscosity of off-line water-based varnish is 55 5 seconds, the lowest viscosity is 16~18 second (viscosity cup 4#, 25°C).
3) On-line water-based varnish must use without any solvents or additives. When on-line water-based varnish used for offline, a certain amount of water or water alcohol mixture can be added.

Notes:
1. When on-line varnish used for offline, a certain amount of water must be added because of high viscosity, normally added 10~20% water in summer as 15~30% in winter. Alcohol/water mixture could be added as well, but do not added alcohol alone to prevent from deterioration
. The best using viscosity of off-line varnish range between 18~24 second(25°C).Preheat varnish before use in cold areas (like north),avoid add too much dilute water to meet the requirement
