Ultrathin White Paste—HCG602/ Ultrathin Clear Paste-HCG610
This ultrathin textile printing binder paste is mainly used to produce a super thin and soft hand feel of the print on general fabrics like cotton, T/C and blends. It creates a print similar to those produced by discharge paste. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.
Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, etc.
Appearance: white HCG602; milky HCG610
PH value: 5.5-7.5
Features: super soft hand touch, easier handling, good hiding power, excellent washing fastness.
Formula:
For white: HCG602 80%-90%, HCG610 10%-20%
For medium color intensity: HCG602 40%-50%, HCG610 50%-60%
For high color intensity: HCG602 10%-20%, HCG210 80%-90%
Pigment emulsion no more than 10 %.
Printing process: textile printing→air dry for 12-24 hous→2.5 hours washing fastness at 50°C after being fully dry.
Packing: 25kgs/HDPE drum for HCG602; 20kgs/HDPE drum for HCG610.
Attention: 1.5%-3% special catalyst to be used for better washing fastness.
