Properties: White or grayish white powder, specific grarity: 1.29. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, carbon disulfide. Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application: TMTD is used as a vulcanization accelerator in the rubber industry. It is suitable for NR and SR. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, cable etc. Used as germicide and insecticide in agriculture, also as lubricant additive.
