3.1 Electric and electronic control system and corresponding equipment

3.5.1 For D/BELT SLAT, foaming portal and reaction casting machine
In detail consisting of :
The electric control and operation desk, located at the beginning of the D/B SLAT plant, dust-proof design, lodging all electr. equipment required, such as push-buttons, selector switches, signal lamps and display units (incl. EMERGENCY STOP).
The control desk also contains those operation and display elements of the profiling unit, pre-heating line, extraction equipment and piling equipment which are required for the central automatic control of the plant as a whole.
These assemblies are delivered by the buyer.
The electric operation panel, installed at a movable bracket fixed at the foaming portal; equipped with all operation elements required.
The central control cabinet, dust=proof design, with the power-part of the plant, equipped with all necessary switching, control and safety elements, incl. control electronics and master switch - designed as emergency shut-off switch.
The operation and electric control system of the plant as a whole is divided into the following sections:
a) Main control desk
b) Central control cabinet
c) Control desks and control cabinets at the individual machines installed before and behind the D/BELT SLAT.
The two operation modes - setting up operation and automatic operation - are controlled and released from the main control desk
For the main functions there is a monitoring system with optic and acoustic failure report.
