Principle:
Using the machine to press the connection point(screwless coupler) to link the two ends of rebar.
Features:

2,The coupler can link the steel bar from 16mm to 40mm,
3,It is mostly ued in bridge construction. And mostly,when one end of rebar have been fixed in the concrete,we have to adopt this method to link the two rebar in building.
Principle of cold stamping system:
Using the cold squeezing machine to press connection point to link the two rebar.
The machine including two set of machine:
1) YJ650: process rebar whose diameter is from 16mm to 32mm.
2) YJ800: Process rebar whose diameter is from 36mm to 40mm.
Advantages:
1) Because of the good resistence of the joint,it is widely used in bridge constructions.
2) No flammable gases, not affected by rainy or cold weather,easy to operate.
3) Saves 80% connector steel consumption.
