Detailed 3d Panel Production Line Description:


Steel wire mesh frame sandwich panel is called as GJ panel according to Chinese State Standard. It is a compound wall building material which adopts 3-dimension spatial steel wire mesh frame as the framework, anti-flaming polystyrene (EPS) foam panel or rock wool panel as heat protective core layer. External layer of the compound wall building material is coated with slush.

The production line is composed of XC-50 slant inserting spot welder, PW -24 plane mesh welder and the associated equipment such as the steel wire rolling machine, manual re-welding machine, air compressor and purification plant etc. The production line adopts the microprocessor to control automatic wire feeding, welding and cutting etc. for complete procedure in production. Production capability per year can reach 300,000~400,000 m2. Modular design is adopted for each control unit. Multi-item self-test functions are provided. The equipment has good maintainability, stability and reliability.

The production line is in the leading position in the field of technical advance and market share in the like products at home. The production line has high reputation and popularity. The users of the equipment spread over Liaoning Province , Shandong Province, Hebei Province , Hubei Province, Jiangsu Province , Guangdong Province, Inner Mongolia , Guizhou Province and so on. The product line has been exported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East region.

Used materials: Anti-flaming polystyrene foam panel or rock wool panel
2mm- 2.5mm cold drawn low carbon wire or galvanized steel wire

Main parameters: Product specifications of the steel wire mesh frame sandwich panel(length width thickness) 1220 (70,80,100,120) (2450~6000)mm

Can produce two types of the steel wire mesh frame sandwich panels at the same time for dense inserting and loose inserting.

Can produce two kinds of the steel wire mesh frame sandwich panels for single surface and double surface.

Production capability: 300,000~400,000 m 2 per year

Weld Cmissing rate: single surface panel 1%, double surface panel 3%

Welding strength: Pull-out rate for single point 330N

Power supply requirement: three-phase 380V 50Hz 200KVA
