DECOILING, LEVELING AND CUT-TO-LENGTH LINE
I. Technical Parameter
1. Thickness of coiled plate: 0.5—4mm;

II. Composed device & price
1. Hydraulic loading dolly: loading capacity of 25T
The operation and lifting of this dolly is conducted by oil cylinder.
2. Hydraulic expansion decoiler (suspend arm-type with supporting device):
Coil I.D: ф508mm;ф610mm
3. Hydraulic guiding and pressing machine:
This is composed of gantry frame, hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, hydraulic coil opener device, balancing device of hydraulic shovel, accompany of seam needle decelerating motor: 5.5KW, chain, sprocket wheel, etc.
4. Hydraulic feeding machine:
This is composed of frame, torii, squareness slide supporting stand, hydraulic lifting &pressing device, under pinch roller(covered by chromium), upper pinch roller(covered by rubber), clutch, accompany of decelerator350, alternative-current speed adjustable motor:5.5KW, etc.
5. Hydraulic storage machine:
This is composed of frame, moveable cross bridge, hydraulic lifting device, rolling orbit(covered by chromium), etc.
6. Guiding machine:
This is composed of frame, guiding pole, guiding adjustment device, moveable plane plate and clutch with multiroller, etc.
7. Leveler:
Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, direct-current speed adjustable motor:30KW(digital series), coupler, power distributing case, universal coupling(15pcs), etc.

Host machine: This is composed of leveling-stand, frame, bottom axe-stand, leveling roller 15pcs(roller diameter: Φ100mm), upper supporting frame, upper &under supporting wheel-stand, supporting wheel, electronic lifting &pressing device, accompany of two motors:2.2KW.
8. Coding and gauge device
This is composed of coding transition table, coding adjustment device, coder, etc.

10. Strap conveyer worktable
This is composed of frame, delivering strap, delivering axe, bearing stand, chain, sprocket wheel, strap adjustment device, accompany of seam needle decelerating motor:3KW
11. Pneumatic falling machine: length 4m (pneumatic resource is provide for user-self)
This is composed of falling frame, pneumatic falling orbit(moveable), pneumatic falling device, pneumatic falling adjustment device, length gauge machine, transverse orientation device with two sides, accompany of two sets of seam needle decelerating motor: 2.2KW, one set of motor: 0.75KW
12. Unloading dolly: 6m
The operation of this dolly is driven by motor, accompany of seam needle decelerating motor:3KW, 2 pcs of guiding track 18 kg/m.

This is composed of electric operating cabinet, operating table
14. Hydraulic system
This is composed of hydraulic station, all kinds of valves, soft and hard hydraulic pipe, tie-in.
