1) Aluminum-plastic pipe takes the welding aluminum alloy pipe as the middle layer, the inner and outer layer is coextrusion PE plastic ; 2) Each layer forms composite pipe with adhesive layer by thermal-heat adhesive, five layers structure is made with one-step method coextrusion, combines the advantages of metal pipe and plastic pipe ; 3) Aluminum-plastic pipe has high withstanding pressure, capability of anti-breaking ; 4) With strong distortion capability of plasticity, bend optionally in some radial range without bounce ; 5) Light mass, on same flow diameter, aluminum-plastic composite pipe is 1/3 of that of copper pipe, 1/15 of that of galvanized iron pipe ; 6) Smooth inner wall, no scale deposit, the flow is more than 30% of that of the same metal pipe ; 7) With some elasticity to weaken the water hammer phenomena during water supplying, cancel the pressure impaction and noise of fluid ; 8) Thermal conductivity is 0.45W/m.k, about 1/100 of that of steel pipe, it owns good performance of heat preservation ; 9) Coefficient of thermal expansion is 2.5 x 10-5m/m.k, only 1/8 of that of PE pipe, to a great extent, it is the same as that of aluminum material ; 10) With fine anti-flaming performance and electromagnetic screen performance ; 11) Low cold shortness temperature, ultraviolet ray proof, strong capability of heat ageing, long service life ; 12) Anti corrosion property: be able to to proof the corrosion of acid, alkali and salt, may transport kinds of corrosive liquid ; 13) Can be laid at the length of ten meters, even hundreds of meters, so it can reduce many joints ; 14) Bended optionally that it can reduce elbows as well ; 15) The inner layer of aluminum-pipe is hygienic PE material, heavy metal stabilizer included ; 16) Lead is not put in during processing, it has no toxicity but anti corrosion, no scale deposit and grow germs ; 17) Cold and hot water pipe system ; 18) Inner layer of aluminum-plastic pipe is smooth, no rust an scale deposit, the flow is more than 30% of that of metal pipe
