JEENDA expands its three phase bridge rectifier family to include modules with a built-in Thyristor. The new series is designed for three phase full wave rectification requiring soft starting. The Built-In Thyristor works to prevent inrush current to the circuit with high reliability by eliminating the mechanical relay contact. The new series has very low forward conduction losses (VF/VT) and low thermal resistance (Rthj-c)
