Anisotropic SmCo magnetic powders (2:17) are developed for bonded permanent magnets by injection and compression molding, which contain Sm, Co, Cu, Fe,Zr. Bonded SmCO magnets mentioned above can be used for multiple-pole rotors and sensors for some high temperature applications. High properties SmCo magnets can be obtained using these magnetic powders for the particle distributions and shapes are specially designed for bonded magnets uses. Moreover, the products have good temperature stability.
