Gapped- Core Description:
A round core with one gap,wound by high magnetic flux CRGO silicon steel, annealed in vacuum furnace or tunnel furnace under protection of inert gases,The core is first processed in low-stress and high-viscosity epoxy resin and then cut by linear cutting or an abrasive wheel.This type of core has precise dimentions ,good stability and high magnetic flux.The gap of the core varies from 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
