YEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors are modifications of the AO2, JW and Y series (IP 44) motor attaching a direct-current electromagnetic brake
(IP 44) between the rear cover and the fan. Power is 0.06-4KW, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8- poles.
The power grade, installation dimensions, insulating class, operating conditions and rated voltage of
YEJ series motors are same as those of the corresponding specifications of the relevant series. The axial length of motor is all on 1.2 times that of the same specifications of the original series. Their external dimensions are same as those of the relevant series. The protecting classes of YEJ series motors made by our factory are IP44. The structure and installation type are model B3, B14, B5 and motor specially used for speed reducer with electrified brake or de-electrified brake with a release handle at the request of user. YEJ series motors can be used as driving shaft drive and auxiliary drive of the machinery of which rapid stop, accurate location, reciprocating motion, frequent motion and slip resistance are demanded, such as lifting, conveyer, packing, food, processing, printing, construction, carpenter, speed reducing, metallurgical and forging machinery.
