This 4/6 torch universal I/O card is our Unique design for CNC cutting control system, it makes 1-6 torch system buiding very simple. Please check follow our system building pictures as reference.
It is suitable for most CNC controllers on marekt.
Key Features 1. It is directly connected with CNC controller via isolation connection. The electrical level of these I/O ports could be Low Level or High Level. Output is connected to CNC controller via Optical Isolation, Input is Relay Isolation. 2. It could simultaneously control 4/6 torches, up to 12 torches. There's plug-in Torch Control Pcb on I/O card, 1 pc controls 1 torch. and we also designed logic control Pcb plug in I/O card as the logic control centre of this I/O card, secure all external control of CNC system clear and stable.
All the Control Targets and inside circuits are isolated.
3. It is supplied with industrial cutting operation panel, and all torches on I/O card have separate connection ports for THCs. 4. With our universal I/O card, an experienced technician can finish a 4/6 torch CNC system building in one day. And in future use, it is very easy for trouble-shooting, maintenance, expanding, ie, increase one torch just needs to plug in one torch control Pcb...
