Corrugated Walls are the most important parts of tanks used in cooling equipment of power and distribution transformers. It is used for an afficient cooling by increasing the contact surface area between oil and fresh air. It is made of Cold Roll Steel quality of DKP 6112 A/1 and thickness of 1.20-1.50mm. This product is produced by Fin Forming Machine in various dimensions, according to customer request.
By means of automatic bending and robotic welding ability, our company neglects the human error and makes full automatic production.
According to customer request, the parameters are entered to CNC Control Panel.Quality of DKP 6112 A/1in the form of Cold Roll Steel passes through decoiler, alignment, hydrolic fin foming and pressing units respectively. Then cutting and edge folding process is carried out. After these processes, steel sheet is transmitted to edge welding, trans-steel welding and band welding process by the robotic welding unit. In the testing department, corrugated walls are tested with respect to required norms. The tested products are packed with pallets and getting ready for distribution
