Detailed Dry-Type Transformer Description:
1) No partial discharge, cracks or reduced insulation level on SG(B) 10 series transformers under operation in whole effective life due to the structures of the windings improved design and vacuum pressure impregnating technology. 2) Continuous disk type structure is applied to high voltage windings, and foil structure is applied to low voltage windings. 3) Overall vacuum impregnating and solidifying process will treat windings. 4) Insulation spacers, made from high-strength laminated insulation materials should be applied to high voltage windings so that SG(B) 10 series dry type transformers are able to operate well in the event of short circuiting. 5) Inflammable self-extinguishing. 6) No smoke produced if SG(B)10 series transformers burn at high temperatures. 7) 5.SG(B) 10 series transformer is a H class insulation system. 8) NOMEX insulation system is C Class, the layer being thin and even withstanding short time overload. 9) Operable for long periods under 120% of rated capacity and operable for three hours under 140% of rated capacity
