Low smoke non-halogen flame retardant cable material is processed through particular mixing refining device, with EVA as its base material, using aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide as a flame retardant system and added with special anti-smoke agent and other stabilizer, plasticizer. This series of products has excellent flame-retardant property and processing performance. It can apply in insulation and jacket for low voltage cable, control cable and communication cable in subway, architecture, etc.

It can be used to extrude cable through ordinary screw. Recommended temperatures for each section of extruder are as follows:
