The brief introduction of submersible oil pump cable
Submersible oil pump cable is used as the power cable of the submersible oil pump unit which is fixedly laid in oil well on land or on the platform above the sea.
The submersible oil pump cable manufactured by us has the characteristics of advanced technology and reliable quality. The main manufacturing equipment includes the ROYLE Φ90 plastic extruder,USA, the “3-layer once together” rubber continuous vulcanizing process, the interlocked armoring machine made by CEECO, Canada, the Griller continuous sintering process, Austria, the Nokia cross-linked cable process, Finland and the national advanced continuous annealing and tinning processes ,etc.
At present, we can manufacture the submersible oil pump unit cable and leading cable of different types and specifications at and below the 42 sq. mm of conductor cross-section. The proper well temperature is 50~180°C, and the max. continuous working temperature of conductor can be up to 204°C. The insulation materials adopted are: PP,EPR, polyimide-F46, fluoroplastics, XLPE,etc. The materials of the inner jacket include: butyronitrile-PVC compound, EPR, fluoroplastics, lead, etc. The outer sheath can be of galvanized steel tape, stainless steel tape, and Monel steel tape. Besides, all the cables for submersible oil pump can be manufactured to meet the customer’s special requirements.
