Description
The Liquid malt extract is made from fine selected barley and malt, through enzymolysis, sacchrification and vacuum concentration processes. The starch is broken down into biscchrides or monosacchrides as oligosaccharide, maltose, dextrose and fructose, insoluble protein is degraded into peptide fragments and amino acids.

Aspects: Yellow to brownish viscid liquid;
Aroma: Typical, natural and pleasant malt aroma;
Flavor: Mild, sweet and slight bitter malt flavor.

In metal or plastic drums, with SKUs;
