Description
KDN Pectinase KF01 is a tailor-made complex enzyme for fruit jam production. It’s mainly composed of acidic pectinase (30,000U/ml) along with xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase and mannanase. It can be widely used in zymolysis of apple juice, orange juice, pear juice, strawberry juice, carrot juice and vegetable juice, also the production of red wine, medlar wine, plum wine and kiwi wine.
Properties
Brown liquid with a light fermentation smell.
Optimum temperature 30~40°C, pH 3.5.

1. The synergistic effect of enzyme system can degrade pectin, hemicellulose and cellulose in the cell wall of fruits, remove the barrier of mashing.
