Recombinant Human Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, G-CSF, GCSF, rHuG-CSF, rHuGCSF. Description: Human Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a lineage-specific growth factor that primarily influences the production and differentiation of neutrophils. G-CSF produced in E.coli. is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 175 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 19 KDa. Purity: Greater than 95% by SDS PAGE analysis. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per ug (1EU/ug) of G-CSF. Format/Reconstitution: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS. The lyophilised G-CSF should be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 100ug/ml. This solution can be diluted into buffered solution or stored at -20 Celsius. Biological activity: The ED50 as determined in dose dependent stimulation of mouse NFS-60 is<0.3 ng/ml. Storage: Store the lyophilised product at 4-8 Celsius. Store reconstituted products in aliquots at -20 Celsius.
