A Chemotherapy drug: used in combination with other drugs or separately in treatment of advanced carcinoma of the colon, rectum or lung. Used in adjuvant treatment of stage III colon cancer patients who have undergone complete resection of the primary tumor. Also used in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a new chemotherapy combination consisting of vinorelbine and oxaliplatin.
