Detailed Drawn Cup Roller Clutches Description:
1) Small radical section in clutches, saves radical space for transferring high torque, using as clutch converter and non-return devices. 2) The maximum transportable torque based on the design of housing hole and axle, the clutch transfers the maximum torque (MD) when the allowable stress of the wall thickness and material reach the requirement, torque transferring will use the provided installation tolerance. 3) After the clutch is pressed into housing, the cup of needle clutch will be same concentricity instead of needing any radical locating; the installation method and tolerance are the same as drawn cup needle roller bearing. When the clutch is installed, the tighten direction need to be corrected; when the axle rotates along the direction of the arrow on the top of clutch, the clutch will be tightened. 4) 2 sets of needles and 2 cages to compose a needle-cage unit to be set into each side of drawn cup to bear radical load
