Regular pits for oil are made on surface, which owns unique properties of both mechanical strength and rigidity and excellent antifriction on boundary lubrication conditions. As the layer of polyester is thickness enough for secondary machining, it can be sized to fit in precisely. Parameter: 1. Improved POM Thickness: 0.24 - 0.3mm ; 2. Spherical Bronze Thickness: 0.25~0.30mm ; 3. Steel Back Thickness: 0.7~2.2mm ; 4. Plating Cu Sn Thickness: 0.003~0.008mm ; 5. Oil Pits available.
