Detailed Light Oil Burner Description:
Features: 1) Can be adapted for use with any type of burning chamber. 2) Mechanical pressure atomization. 3) Changing the volume of air and the combustion head provides the best burning parameters. 4) Can directly remove the atomization device without disassembling the burner from the oven or boiler; thus ensuring convenient maintenance. 5) When using bio-diesel (vegetable oil as raw material), the burner needs to be equipped with an extra hose, linear filter and oil pump. 6) A flange and insulation sealing washer connect to the boiler, which is equipped with two hoses, a linear filter and a nozzle. 7) We can offer a longer combustion head if required by clients. 8) A hydraulic regulator is used to adjust air flux in the first and second sections, and is collocated to avoid heat loss at the time of stopping. The burner unit includes: 1) Light aluminum alloy fan parts ; 2) A high performance centrifugal fan ; 3) Burning air inlet with flux regulating device ; 4) Slip-on flange is matched with various boiler flanges, which can adjust the position the burner extends to the heating furnace ; 5) Steel combustion head with stainless steel nozzle and steel flame plate ; 6) Three-phase motor that drives the fan and oil pump ; 7) Gear pump with booster and global valve ; 8) Regulating pole and atomization unit with on / off control nozzle ; 9) Servomechanism and burner instruction equipment that meet the European E230 standard ; 10) Ionization electrode for flame inspection ; 11) Control panel includes: on / off switch, selector of the first segment / second segment, indicator of operation and failure ; 12) Terminal connecting electricity, temperature controller and burner, also controls operation of the second flame section
