Detailed PSD vertical basket filter bag lifting centrifuge Description:


The bowl is driven by a main motor which is controlled by a variable frequency regulator with

stable start through V-belt,and rotates around its own axis at a high speed and forms

centrifugal force field.The material flows into the basket lined a filter bag from the upper feeding

pipe and distributed evenly on the walls of the basket. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid

passes through filter bag and the holes of the basket, and then the liquid is discharged out of

the machine from the liquid outlet.The solid deposits in the filtering bag.,and forms cake .

After the machine stops, open its cover and lift the bag out of the machine to the discharging

place,then splay the bottom of the filter bag , the solid cake is discharged automatically.

It is a kind of suspended bag discharging centrifuge with the features of discharging in different

places and batch operation. The machine has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency,

easy operation, quick discharging, safety, no pollution and less working intensity.

3. Well-designed structure leaves no place depositing dusts and makes the machine

clean easily. The modules are designed smoothly and polished on the surface.

The case, fixing parts and drums are made of stainless steel. With hinged enclosure cover,

it is easy to clean the gap between the case and the drum.

4. The base and case are welt and joint together with high performance.

5. Base is flat lowering the center of gravity and reducing the machine's occupation of space.

The flat base can also be the operation step.

6. Allocated with liquid amortisseur, simplifying the routine maintenance.

7. Hinged enclosure cover, feeding tube, washing tube, watching lens and lighting hole.

8. Automatic Clean-In-Place (CIP) system cleans the internal wall of the case,

the drum and liquid slot to meet the clean requirement in accordance with GMP standards.

9. Leak-proof structure with silicone rubber or fluoroelastomers seals.

Nitrogen protection system is of anti-explosion applied to poisonous,

flammable and explosive environment. According to economical and technical demand,

on-line washing, gas auxiliary blade, explosion prevention requirements, surface treatment
