Detailed Diaphragm Seals Description:
The use of a hermetically sealed, liquid filled pressure gauge in conjunction with diaphragm seal protects the indicating gauge from both the process medium and atmospheric conditions, as well as reduces pointer fluctuations due to vibration and pulsation. Applications: diaphragm seals are mounted to existing fittings. The contact surface between pressure medium and diaphragm is large that can ensure the accurate measurement and easily dismounted. Specifications: 1) Usually used for chemical industry, and food processing industry. 2) Material for housing: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, PVC. 3) Material for diaphragm: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, PTFE, tantalum. 4) Range (kg/cm2 & psi): -1/0, -1/15, -1/24, 0/1, 0/16, 0/40, 0/60, 0/100, 0/160, 0/250, 0/300. 5) Liquid filled: silicon oil, glycerin.
