Ceramic fiber blanket is made of high purity alu-silicate (and zirconia) fibrous wool. Specifications: Needled blanket. Non-combustible. Low density and low thermal conductivity. Shorter heat up and cool down time. Resilience and resistance to thermal shock. Classification temperature: 1,000°C, 1,260°C, 1,425°C, 1,600°C. Density: 64, 96, 128, 160kg/cbm. Thickness: 6, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 38, 50mm.Applications: Refractory back-up installation. Direct exposure to heat as furnace hot face lining. Expansion joint seal. Fire protection. General high temperature insulation. Ceramic industry: roller kiln, shuttle kiln, tunnel kiln and special ceramic furnace.
