Detailed Lamination Press Line Description:
1 Our products adopt four-column & double points structure, with one promoted cylinder on each of the four columns. The sliding block can be promoted in a large range on the guide pillar by the function of the cylinders. Thus it is convenient to change sub-dies and make some tooling maintenance. 2 We change the traditional crankshaft connecting rod structure to crankshaft sliding block structure of the spindle power structure of the double points, thus it not only increase the rigidity but lay the double power point with a farther distance, which increase the capacity to bear eccentric load in the direction. At the other direction of the slide, namely the direction of the forward and backward guide way, we change the single group roller guide rail guidance to up and down double groups roller guide rail guidance. Because of the long distance of the up and down roller, the guide guidance is with high precision and the capacity of the bearing the eccentric load of the whole press of is very strong. 3 Main parts such as pedestal, upper beam and sliding block of the press are all precision casting formed to fluid state sand. it can keep long-time precision, diminish the noise and make the press with a good shape.
