Detailed Flange Adaptor & Coupling Description:
1) TBC flange adaptors and couplings are suitable for jointing pipes with different outside diameters and will accommodate ANSI, DIN and BS flange, the dimensions are from DN40 to DN1200 with working pressure of 16 and 24 bar. 2) All the flanged adaptors are assembled by "T" bolts. 3) All the couplings are assembled by "D" bolts. 4) Bolts numbers: a) 4 bolts for 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7" and 8". b) 6 bolts for 10" and 12". c) 8 bolts for 14" and 16". d) 10 bolts for 18", 20" and 24". 5) Bolts are carbon steel grade 4.8 first galvanized and then epoxy coated. 6) Internal and external epoxy coating. 7) Colors available: blue, black or minium. 8) Gasket material: EPDM
