Detailed Mill Grinding Pulverizer Description:
Material to be treated is fed into a grinding chamber of main machine. Owing to the centrifugal force generated from rotation of main shaft, grinding roller oscillates outward in such a way to press down grinding ring, then a perching knife scoop up the material to the space between the grinding roller and grinding ring, as a result, the grinding and comminution purpose is achieved due to the rolling of the grinding roller. After grinded, the grinded powder, under the action of recirculated air of blower, comes through a analytical engine for sorting purpose, in this way, those materials whose fineness are greater fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, those acceptable fine powders are sent into a whirlwind power collector with the aid of airflow, and the finished products cannot be produced till the fine powder are discharged through a discharge tube. Airflow, after passing through the whirlwind powder collector, enters into the blower to form a closed circuit so that the machine may make a normal working continuously. The rest airflow, however, will via an afterwinds pipe enter into a duster and be purified there before exhausted out of machine.
