Detailed Rubber Refrigerated Machine( 2 water tank) Description:

2.used to cool the rubber ,instead of hanging .

4.avoiding rubber being dead,one sink to hold the iced water ,the other to hold the water powder to avoid sticking, improving tighness.

FEATURES:
1.This m/c is an inline assy models which being with cooling, water wiping dry
rolling, powder stainning for rubber material.
2.The refrigerating rubber calender be equipped with large cooling water tunnel and the motor is located at rear/forward lower portion of water tunnel, convenient of maintenance, furthermore, equipped with braking clutch motor that is suitable for intermittent operating & cutting.
3.This m/c can be used couple with banbury or kneader for calendering.

USE DIRECTION:
1. The thickness of feeding film should be consistent and smooth into the rubber roller. The thin film into the roller should beconverted into double-tire.The spray water should be large enough.The spring (feeding roller) should not be adjust too tight.Workers operating speed should be fast enough to avoid jam.
2. When cleaning the jam,if the operation wrong, pls. be care that the blade must not damage rubber roller.
3. When feeding the film to the posterior rollers, the thin should be converted into double-tire and need a little pull. If jam,pls. check the spring whether to be regulated properly, check whether the rubber roller stuck, whether the rubber roller and the one below it is too close to, check if not the bearing oil is replaced, check if the chain is too loose and so on.
4. The knife edge should be installed trimly.
5. Pay attention to spring not to be too tight, so as to avoid damage to motor.
