USAGE DIRECTION:
This maching is applied to forming , fast cooling the sponge sole. the single-color belts, toe cap with belt,out soles and after that coating them with white powder and conveying.
This machine is a neumatic heating forming rubber calendaring machine. The products are characterized by sound clearness after they have been calendared and air exhausted for the
second time. It can eliminate the bubs without cold spot and it is easy for the user to change the
rollers. It can meet the needs for various rubber products.
Attention:
Add 0-1 liter of oil unguent to the oil box, once a shift.
